American con artist Brian Torro has a fake business that takes advantage of international environmental laws and makes him into a multi-millionaire. He loves big houses, fast cars, and easy women...and has all of them in spades.
When Torro's scam is discovered by his plump client, he's blackmailed for an obscene amount of money. Now, the arrogant thief, his dorky assistant, and his estranged mentor have one week to either come up with the cash, or spend time in the slammer.
